Installment Agreement Fee Increase
The IRS is raising it fees to establish an Installment Agreement because of increased labor and processing costs. Beginning January 1st 2007 the fee for entering into a non-direct debt installment agreement will be raised from $43 to $105, and the fee for direct debt installment agreements will be raised from $43 to $52.
